3. PROBLEM OF EXISTING SYSTEM
The Problem of existing system is, it is very time consuming.
Information are published with the help of news paper.
It increase the paper work and takes more time for registration of students.
It does not provide the students details who are participates in the events.
Complex to manage large information.

4. OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT
The main objective of developing an “Tech-fest management system “is to provide online information of the events which is organized by college .
This software application manages the student details, event details with their college name with years.
This is an Internet based application that can be accessed throughout the campus.
This system can be useful to search the previous year events, participant student name with their college name .
There are features like notifications/reminders, report generators etc in this system.
