GRADUATION TRANSITIONS (Portfolio) Graduation Transitions is a requirement for all BC secondary school students. Students will create a portfolio that shows their growth and development as skilled, healthy, knowledgeable, participating citizens. Students must have 80 hrs of physical activity over their grade 11/12 years. BEGIN DOCUMENTING NOW. Minimum 5 volunteer hours needed for portfolio! Minimum 30 hours of work experience needed for portfolio!
