Can you figure it out?? Today, your group is going to become history detectives! I am going to give each group a set of unidentified documents. As a group, you are going to analyze each one. One member of the group will complete the graphic organizer recording your group’s ideas. Start with image A. Only look at one image at a time!! Go on to B, then C, then D, then E, and finally F. When you have finished, flip the Document Analysis sheet over and complete the back. Sharing ideas. Today, your group is going to become history detectives! Journal/Reflection As our final piece of this project, you are going to be given a Journal/Reflection sheet. Think about a holiday your family celebrates every year. Draw a picture - in as much detail as possible - about that holiday. Then write a paragraph explaining what the holiday is, when you celebrate it, how you celebrate it, and any traditions/customs you associate with it (food/clothing/decorations/etc).
