Patient Satisfaction I am, for the first time in 10 years slowly losing weight. I am delighted. The whole family have given up smoking with.. Pharmacy. My wife, son, daughter and myself. We can all get there and use it at a time that suits us I greatly appreciate the one-to-one approach … Having been overweight for a long time and with angina limiting my exercise this is just what I needed 96% of patients using Portsmouth Pharmacy Health Check would recommend the service 98.3% would recommend the service to others – HLP national evaluation

Sustainable Future HLP will continue to be the framework for future commissioning of public health services in Portsmouth and we will continue to develop and work with this workforce Public Health Services commissioned from local authority Eg hepatitis screening & vaccination for injecting drug users Targeted outreach events for men’s health or health checks Retaining links with CCG Eg Targeted MURs for local issues COPD, CVD and Heart Failure, Osteoporosis and Falls Medicine optimisation service NHS England – exploring participation in flu programme
