3 Cardio=Heart Respiratory=Lungs Ability heart & Lungs to sustain effort overtime.

5  Ability of a muscle to produce force.  Examples:  Pull-up/Push-up  Can you name another?

6  The ability of your muscles to work overtime.  Examples:  Sit-ups  Plank  Can you name a game that uses Muscular Endurance?

7  The amount of fat tissue in your body compared to lean tissue.  Lean tissue: All good things. Let’s name them:  In PE we will refer to fat tissue as your BODY FAT PERCENTAGE!!
