Ability of your Heart, Lungs, and muscles to perform at an optimal level. o Work-out 4x a week for a minimum of 20 minutes o THR Zone (130-170) o 5 components of Fitness

Cardio=Heart Respiratory=Lungs Ability heart & Lungs to sustain effort overtime.

Ability of a muscle to produce force. Examples: Pull-up/Push-up Can you name another?

The ability of your muscles to work overtime. Examples: Sit-ups Plank Can you name a game that uses Muscular Endurance?

The amount of fat tissue in your body compared to lean tissue. Lean tissue: All good things. Let’s name them: In PE we will refer to fat tissue as your BODY FAT PERCENTAGE!!
