Article III Section 3 D. new girl attendance The absences for new member meetings must be no more than one unexcused absence. If absences exceed one, member must meet with New Member Chairmen. Change: New members are required to attend each New Member meeting held on the day of regular ASC meetings, which are designated by the New Member chairmen and a New Member retreat. Attendance is mandatory to all New Member meetings; however, up to one absence is permissible.

Article III Section 5 Active membership and duties of members Change: 1. Obtain the required number of points as set forth by the Officers. A.Obtain the required number of Social points. Social Points include but are not limited to mixers, committee membership, leaders.” i. Old Girls: 5 Social points ii. New Girls: 10 Social Points

Article III Section 5 ii 1. service If a member cancels within 24 hours and finds a replacement, she will not be additionally penalized. Change: In circumstances in which a member cancels within 24 hours, she will not be required to make up the service point if the member finds a substitute on her behalf upon notification of cancellation.

Article III Section 7 // Probationary Terms Change: A. A member MUST fulfill ALL attendance requirements, service requirements, and point requirements during the probationary semester in order to be reinstated as an active member. They also must fulfill these additional requirements to become active: 1. If a member went on probation because of either absences or service projects the member must do an extra service point in the semester following probation by the point deadline. 2. If on probation for both service projects and absences, the member will be required to earn two extra service points. There is a maximum of two additional service points. 3. If on probation for failing to meet the required number of points, a member must make up that number of points in the following semester, in addition to the required number of points for that semester. Article IV Section 6 A voting Delete “A”Change: Votes cast within the Officers shall follow these guidelines: A.Voting shall be limited to the members of the Officers.

Article V Section 1 election of officers Elected Officers A.This organization shall elect from its membership a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chaplain, Outreach Chairman, Prayer Chairman, and Worship Leader. B.Discipleship Chairmen and New Member Chairmen shall be appointed to their positions as stated in the constitution. C.A member may only apply for one officer position at a time. D.These Officers shall be known as the Aggie Sisters for Christ Officers. Change: Elected Officers This organization shall elect from its membership a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chaplain, Outreach Chairman, Prayer Chairman, and Worship Leader. Discipleship Chairmen and New Member Chairmen shall be appointed to their positions as stated in the constitution. These Officers shall be known as the Aggie Sisters for Christ Officers.

Article V Section 7 A the election of vice-president The student must have served a prior term as an Executive Officer or committee chair, however if no eligible members run for the position of Vice President, then the floor is open to any member who has previously served in leadership. Article V Section 11 vacancies of officers Other vacancies: In the event of vacancies in any of the elected offices, such vacancies shall be filled by any active member based on the requirements stated previously in Article V by a simple majority vote of the active members present and voting. Article VI Section 1 duties of the president Move to duties of the vice-president Change: A. The student shall oversee the Alumni Chair and be responsible for informing her of matters discussed at Officer meetings, as well as informing Officers of matters discussed when meeting with the Alumni Chair.

Member will be responsible for meeting with, praying for, and encouraging each chair. The Vice President will also be responsible for informing each team of matters discussed at Officer meetings as well as informing Officers of matters discussed when meeting with each chair. Article XIV Section 2 finances/tithe Section 1. All monies belonging to this organization shall be deposited and disbursed through a bank account established for this organization at the Student Organization Finance Center and/or the Fiscal Office. All funds must be deposited within 24 hours after collection. The advisor to this organization must approve and sign each expenditure before payment. Section 2. 10% of the ASC Budget is designated to tithe. The tithe is split between 3 organizations; Breakaway, HOPE Pregnancy, and a third organization informally voted upon by active members of the organization. Article XV Section 2 g committee chairs "during their term (the full school year)"Change: If a Committee Chair were to step down from their position at any point during their term of leadership and desire to remain an active member, they will be asked to complete an additional 3 service points before the next due date of membership points. The purpose of this requirement is to establish accountability in leadership.

B.The student shall keep website and social media accounts up to date. C.The student shall run the PowerPoint for general meetings. Article VI Section 7 Duties of Worship Leader Duties of the Worship Leader A. Anyone wishing to run for worship leader must have been on worship team in the past. B. The student shall lead a weekly worship team practice, where the team will not only practice the next weeks music, but study scripture together so they will “teach and admonish each other with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in our hearts to God.”(Colossians 3:16) C. The students shall lead worship during general meetings. D. The student shall invest time into the Worship Night Chair and members on the Worship team, pray for them, and be available to minister to them in whatever way they need. E. The student shall oversee and minister to the needs of the Worship Night Chair. F. The student and Worship Night chair are responsible for planning any worship events (all worship nights, commitment night, etc.) Change: Remove verse from B. Remove E- Redundant

Article VI Section 9 Duties of New Member Chairmen C. The students shall oversee the following duties of the new member leaders: 1. New Member leaders will be responsible for a designated amount of new members. 2. New Member leaders will check the attendance, hold outside hangouts each semester and maintain constant communication with the new members in their group. 3. Should uphold all other requirements of ASC members as well as believe and live a life according to the purpose and goals of ASC. 4. New Member leaders shall organize mixers throughout the semester. 5. New Member leaders, or other members of leadership, shall not hold more than one position of leadership per semester, unless a vacancy occurs and the executive officers see that a current member of leadership will be best suited to continue the position in the other’s absence. Change: Move to Article X to fit with duties of other members in leadership.

Article IV Section 3 B & C. Attendance Requirements Excused Absence Criteria Recognized excused absences shall include, but are not limited to the following circumstances: A. Texas A&M University recognized absences. B. Scheduled classes, labs, tests, or University sponsored review sessions. C. Meetings or functions of another organization provided that the ASC member is an Officer in the other organization.
