Peanut Brittle Lab Please donate $1 (not required, but appreciated) If you are allergic to peanuts, take precautions to not eat or touch them. Wipe down lab counters with wet paper towels. Use “DRY CUP” for peanuts, sugar, baking soda. Use “WET CUP” for corn syrup, water, butter. Check your calculations with your lab group before making peanut brittle. Bonus class point today for doing an excellent job of cleaning up.

Clean up procedures Lab counters wiped down (not sticky and nothing on it) Bowl is cleaned (it helps to heat up water in it) and wet/dry cups are washed. Spoon or chopsticks are clean Wet and dry cups on your lab space.
