6. Grading All homework is due on time / late home work will be graded accordingly. Once we complete a Unit, homework for that unit will not be accepted Home work will be passed in at the beginning of class. Not performed during class Quizzes should be expected at any time. Usually on the reading assignment or Vocab. Extra credit will not be given in my class If I cannot read it I will not grade it! Plagiarism is unethical and will result in zero and detention Cheating on tests will give you a zero and detention Tests and homework will be graded and sent back as soon as I am able. ALL MAKE UP WORK IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT MINE.

Grading Grading –Quizzes / Homework 40% –Given with each Chapter and Unit –You must read everyday –Need to Knows (Dates, names, terms, places, etc.) –Expect a quiz at any time about material covered –Tests 60% –Consist of 40 Questions timed –One Essay Timed –Given at the end of every unit –Essays will be given with each test along with timed questions –Essays Will also be written outside of class and grading by peers in class under instructors supervision. AP Students must be passing after nine weeks or they will be removed to a regular class
