Requirements While each topic presents a different set of requirements/expectations, the general structure remains constant. All projects are expected to include the following elements: An overview of the issue at hand for background that includes both public and private interests in the issue (this can be any combination of executive/legislative/judicial/local/state government and private business/NGOs/international groups) and public opinion regarding the matter A clearly established policy proposal that explains what the nation ought to do regarding the issue at hand (this issue MUST include the counterarguments and why you believe the proposal you are making best suits the United States) A demonstrated understanding of which level of government/which governmental departments would oversee the implementation of the policy.
