DEFINITIONS/NOTES Title V & 4:1 staff positions paid for with Title V and 4:1 funds. The survey instrument included both the total FTE and the proportion of FTE paid with Title V & 4:1. For example, a UIHP could have 4 FTEs for nurses, and use Title V and 4:1 funds to pay for 2.4. Other: FTEs funded with other funding sources *Limited: Two limited programs are not included in staffing data, the staffing questions were revised after they submitted Program Type Definitions (77 FR 37415) Full Ambulatory: an organization that has a provider on staff at least 40 hours per week Limited Ambulatory: an organization that has a provider on staff less than 40 hours per week 05/17/2015 6
