5. Target Audience First line curriculum and functional managers with responsibility for a designated area of work, a team, or a group of people. The programme may also be of interest to aspiring first line managers.

7. Completion of a written assignment of approximately 5,000 words per module Assessment

Delivery Model 4 separate days’ attendance per module per term Pattern: approaches considered half-day per week provision over an 8 week period one day per week over a 4 week period 2 x 2 day intensive block provision Blended Learning a significant characteristic of the programme will include the provision of on-line learning support materials case studies video-conferencing discussion boards

9. Admission Candidates will normally possess a recognised first degree or equivalent qualification. Candidates without such qualifications but with appropriate professional experience will be considered on an individual basis.
