What is Disability Pathfinder? A statewide bilingual (Spanish, Kurdish) information, referral and assistance program that includes all disabilities, all ages. Latin & Kurdish Outreach Program that provides information and assistance. Internet community of disability information and resources including online statewide database of community services. Training in the community on disability topics and cultural awareness when working with families.

Why use Disability Pathfinder? Find one source for information about disabilities and disability services in Tennessee for questions like What is a learning disability? What is an Individualized Education Plan? How do I find adult service providers for my client in Hamilton County? How does the ADA affect my client? How does my client apply for Vocational Rehabilitation services?
