Introductory Module Review Child Welfare Field in the 21 st Century: We looked at the changes in the field as a result of child welfare reform and asked you to reflect on how the system within which you work is implementing these changes and building on the values of the Systems of Care approach.

Introductory Module Review Workforce Issues: We looked at workforce trends, the impact of turnover on child and family outcomes and promising approaches to staff recruitment and retention.
