5 Introductory Module Review  Child Welfare Field in the 21 st Century: We looked at the changes in the field as a result of child welfare reform and asked you to reflect on how the system within which you work is implementing these changes and building on the values of the Systems of Care approach.

6 Introductory Module Review  Workforce Issues: We looked at workforce trends, the impact of turnover on child and family outcomes and promising approaches to staff recruitment and retention.

7 Introductory Module Review  Leadership and Diversity: We considered the concepts of cultural humility, disparity and disproportionality and asked you to reflect on your own system to identify challenges and opportunities.

8 Introductory Module Review  Leading for Results: We considered accountability and the role of data.

9 Introductory Module Review  Leading for Systems Change: B ased on the establishment of federal requirements, growth of knowledge in the field, legislative and policy changes and a move toward evidence based practice
