Step 1 (HR) Identify current & next 2 months resource need role wise from the ‘HR Recruiting Funnel’ Step 2 (Mahuya) Give pointers to HR (Candidates profiles, keywords, job portals etc) Step 3 (HR) Identify the initial list of Candidates Send it across to Mahuya Step 4 (Mahuya) Scan & filter the list Step 5 (HR) Call, Interview, Track Process is to be driven by HR with the help of Consultant
