2 Two Options 1.Upload as a “page” in your navigation (preferred)  Easier to find, delete and maintain  Can upload revisions easily 2.Upload into a directory in the file folders (assets)  DO NOT upload into the general directory—CREATE a directory that you can find  Requires manual deletion of old files

3 How to load a document/publication as a “Page”

4 Login to Mura and navigate to your area in the Site Manager. Hover over the + sign and select “Add Content” Loading Documents as Pages

5 In the “Select Content Type” window, select “file” Loading Documents as Pages

6 Add a Title Use the Summary Section to provide a description when adding this to a folder that will display on the page above it. Select a PDF file to upload. When done, click Publish. Loading Documents as Pages

7  You can either display your documents as part of your left navigation OR you can create internal links to the documents by using the internal link “globe” and search by the document name.  When you upload an updated version, the link/navigation will point to the correct document immediately. 8 If you DO NOT want your documents to display in your page navigation, you may hide them in site manager: Loading Documents as Pages

9 To upload a updated document, click the the edit tool in the site manager: Updating Documents Uploaded as Pages

10 Select a new PDF file to upload. When done, click Publish. Updating Documents as Pages

12 Loading Documents as Assets Click on “file manager” from the Modules tab:

13 Loading Documents as Assets Select or Create a Folder for Your Area

14 Loading Documents as Assets Open your folder and upload file(s)

15  Create internal links to the documents by using the internal link “globe” and search by the document name.  When you upload an updated version, you will have to recreate the link—you also need to delete the old file! When you try to load a file by the same name, it will create a duplicate with a (1) in the name. Linking to Documents Loaded as Assets

16 Delete Documents from File Manager (PLEASE) There should be NO files in the “root” folder of file manager—PLEASE help us by deleting any files you’ve put there after you find a new home for them. We will be cleaning out the directory in EARLY JUNE, so please remove your files prior to that date!!!!

17 Click on “file manager” from the Modules tab: Deleting Documents from Assets

18 In settings, change to “list” view and sort by file name to make it easier to find your files. Deleting Documents from Assets

19 Right click on the file name and select “delete” Deleting Documents from Assets
