Teacher-created assessments allow the teacher to know what is on the test. Established guidelines for administering a teacher and district- made assessment. All teacher-created assessments are reviewed prior to administration by Principal & Director of Secondary Ed. Assessments are copied by the Principal & turned back in to Principal. Master copy of all district & teacher- developed assessments housed at District Office.

Teachers need flexibility at semester if behind on curriculum map. Great way to offer an additional metric to student performance portion of evaluation.
