Defending the Faith Planting the Seed of Truth and Hope in Others Derived from 1 Peter 3:15 "but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you". We as Christians need to stand firm in our day-to-day walk with God, ensuring that His word is proclaimed with love, accuracy, and with planting the seed of hope and desire in the hearts and minds of our neighbors so that they would believe and follow Christ Jesus our Lord. The course will cover the foundations of apologetics, how to categorize and containerize many of the questions that we as Christians are asked, how to handle science questions all awhile understanding that God created science and that man has inserted his version of science for a certain agenda. Please join this journey to strengthen your Biblical knowledge, increase an understanding of how the Bible has come to be and how we should use it and learn from it, and ultimately deepen your love for God and His truths.

Foundations Titus 1:2 2 Tim 3:16-17 2 Peter 3:15-16 Proverbs 6:21-23 Ephesians 6:10-20 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures. Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords with godliness, in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior Bind them on your heart always; tie them around your neck. When you walk, they will lead you; when you lie down, they will watch over you; and when you awake, they will talk with you. For the commandment is a lamp and the teaching a light, and the reproofs of discipline are the way of life

Ephesians 4:11-16 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. no longer be infants tossed blown by every wind cunning craftiness deceitful scheming speaking truth in love grow up into him whole body, joined and held together the Head grows and builds itself up in Strong's G26: ἀ γ ά πη agapē by the waves love
