9. ORIGINAL LOCATION  Hammond, LA  Zoning: Commercial  Corner of E. University Ave. and N. Cherry St.  5.5 acres for $250,000  This location will not be used  To close to a busy railroad  The adjacent neighborhood was to close to the property

10. NEW LOCATION  New location is on Professional Plaza  Near downtown Hammond and I-12 interstate  Two adjacent lots  0.5 acres for $99,000  0.75 acres for $125,000  Total lot size and price  1.25 acres  $224,000
