2. Introduction When a Deaf person is working around the office. They need to informed of e-mail updates. This can be done by connecting an email to a cell phone via Bluetooth. Deaf people use SMSs and Vibrations the most on their cell phones.

3. User Requirement Document (URD) An update is send to the phone via Bluetooth The phone vibrates to alert the user of the new inbox mail

4. Requirement Analysis Document (RAD) Receiving the e-mail. Gmail API sends a Signal to a win32 application. Win32 application runs Bluetooth code. Bluetooth code sends an SMS. Mobile phone vibrates. SMS received on the mobile phone.

5. Project Road Map Had a meeting with the some stakeholders and gathered their requirements. Analyzed the data collected. I will perform user interface specifications and make a simulator. Perform high & low level designs then implement the solution. Testing & debugging.
