What is the meaning of the title “We are what we eat”? A. We will become what we eat. B. Our Eating habits become part of who we are. C. We should buy and eat nutritious food. D. What we eat can make us healthy. (B)

Para.4 1. Do we have to buy supplements? 2. What about “crash diets”? How to make us lose weight fast? If we eat healthy food in the right amounts, we don’t have to buy any supplements. The same goes for it --- not to buy. Instead of eating expensive diet foods or going on unhealthy diets, we can simply try to eat less fat and sugar and exercise more.
