3. About Shanghai CTS Shanghai China Travel International Limited (Shanghai CTS) was founded in September 2003 under the approval of China National Tourism Administration. Shanghai CTS is a joint venture invested by Shanghai CTS (Group) Co. Ltd. and CTS Head Office on the basis of the reformed former Shanghai China Travel Service. Shanghai CTS has continued the business operations of the former Shanghai China Travel Service. Shanghai CTS is a standing board member of the China Association of Travel Services, a vice chair member of the International Travel Service Branch of Shanghai Association of Travel Services, and a board member of Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association. Shanghai CTS has also been admitted into international organizations such as ICCA, PATA and IATA.
