Laney College C-YES |Center for Your Educational Success Status |CAFYES Branding Laney College has an existing b2b Program that serves current and former foster youth as well as adjudicated youth. The colleges’ b2b Program is a integrated and supplemental program in the EOPS/CARE Program. The EOPS/CARE Program was repurposed more than 5 years ago with the objective of providing additional support services to assist the significantly under resourced foster youth population to increase and improve persistence, retention, completion and transfer rates. Laney Colleges b2b Program is used as the district model for programing and for the awarded grant. The program name is already branded as b2b (bridge to bridge) therefore, the CAFYES name is for internal recording.
