15 Issues and Challenges Courses not in demand – CSB, PRI, Adult Education PIIP  Course demands more time and attention of PRIA as well as field staff.  How to handle Language constraints at field level?  Tie-ups with 2-3 universities for regular intake of interns.  Methodology of the programme needs discussion (expert group). Development of new courses – How to seek support and accountability of thematic experts from programmes? More than one consultant/strategies required for marketing. Many national and international organisations willing to collaborate with PRIA/PCE. But the talks fail due to lack of concrete proposals. Need to develop a good, reliable and updated database.
