Replace resolutions with something a bit more useful: Three words for 2016

Pick any three words that will guide you in your choices for 2016. They should be words that challenge yourself, guide your actions and help you take decisions. e.g. ASK DO SHARE They might prompt you to: Ask more questions or ask if you can help. Do more instead of plan more. Share what you learn.
