5. Basic Navigation Specs and Functionality Overview Home and UI (overview): This page will display all the links in either navigation bar and in blocks on the home page. The home page will feature videos, calls to action memberships, service overview, strong images, light boxes for membership. Feature videos: Featured videos will be displayed on the home page and drive into a main feature video page. Videos will be segmented by categories with a new feature video promoted to the top. Testimonials: Testimonials will be featured on the main page and drive into a main testimonials page which will display both pros/trainers video and members. There will be an ability to upload testimonials as well. Blog: Normal blog features with archives, categories, comments. You will have to join site to comment. Also, there needs to be good design, with thumbnails, leadins, and larger photos. Categories should have a video option in the blogs About: About page will entail David, his experience and methods. May feature a video.,

6. Basic Navigation Specs and Functionality Overview How it works Overview or Membership, includes and value prop. This will lead into the membership page. This page will feature a membership video and testimonial video. Member sign up page This will be in a lightbox form as well as a landing page. It will begin a profile build out with questions on what they want focus on, location, terms and conditions. After profile a visitor will select option (packages). There will be a credit card form in the after the selection. What is CoreFIST: Overview of CoreFIST the concepts, principles, fundamentals, value prop. Video, texts, testimonials videos. Certification: Overview of certification program, includes, requirements etc. Video and testimonial videos. Ability to purchase program from this page. If you are already a member you will be able to access Certification program through your web portal or you can purchase by signing in and the program will be a feature on your account home page. Take the challenge: Overview of the CoreFIST challenge, Challenge videos, text, drives into a registration page.

Products will also be present on the members profile account/page in coordination with videos Ebook: Overview of E-book with video and also a lightbox pop-up displaying previews of chapters. Ability to purchase E-book. With purchase you get a standard membership for the fist 30 days free. Training/CoreF.I.S.T training : Overview page of categories within CoreF.I.S.T training. Will have sub categories below. Each sub page will include a video on that categories regarding features and benefits, overview and video testimonial. You will be prompt to become a member on each page. Call to action will be three free videos if you sign up.

8. Membership Specs and Functionality Overview Membership Sign up page: Overview of membership options and includes. This will include three packages (one basic Free, Standard, and Gold). Once membership is chosen, it will take you to a member profile form in which you will answer informational questions (name, username, zip) and other questions regarding goals, interest, years training. After this it will gather credit card info. Certification Program Membership: From the certification program page you will be able to sign up if you already have an account. You must have at least the standard account to apply and have read the e-book. These will be part of the requirements highlighted on the certification sign up page. This page will also be available within a current members portal page. Free sign up/newsletter/video: Free sign-up will be a call to action from the home page which we will request email/username in exchange for three videos (agility, striking, running). After filling this out, the visitor will be sent a email with the videos as well as a link to their basic (free) profile page, which will automatically be generated. 30 day trail sign-up: Free sign up will entail 30 day free trail page with a profile build out and credit card. The soon to be member will have a free account based on what membership option they have selected.

9. Profile Page Specs and Functionality Overview Each profile page consist of the following features: video categories (agility, balance, striking,) e-book access (not included in basic), map of nearest seminar, feature articles, daily video, ability for internal email to trainers and other members, ability request a video and vote on video. Each profile will display all the features of the Gold (highest membership) however, a user will not be able to access until the upgrade (pay wall). If a users wants to up grade, they will be able to upgrade in their profile page. For each feature upgrade option there will be a brief description describing the feature. Basic Membership: Basic profile- This will include the initial free training videos, welcome video, and display all the other features in which they can upgrade (daily video, internal email), see all the other category videosetc). Standard Membership: Access to daily videos, archived training videos (based on categories) e-book, internal email, featured articles/video on diet, daily workout. Gold Membership: Access to all videos, daily work out routines, monthly webinar with trainer, one monthly customized video base on goals, techniques. Training Certification: Accessible through member profile page, you can register in profile page which will be reviewed internal and you will be contacted with next steps
