Question11.43 (p. 363): Determinants of quality of life index (y) by multiple x variables We will use the Newworld.sav database in SPSS to see if we can replicate or supplement these models.

3 Steps: Determinants of Birth Rates Access the newworld.sav database Look at the explanation and results from question 11.25 from p. 363 Look at the scatterplot for emerging nations (next slide) Construct your regression model. Compare your results with the the numbers in question 11.25.
