Opportunity to structure our services for future growth Empowers and strengthens our existing services Improves efficiency and synergy on project and office levels Provides additional career growth opportunities for Nevada staff Eliminates barriers to collaboration among Division 10 and 14 staff Improves ability to manage peaks and valleys of workload Assists with recruitment of new staff Optimizes marketing and cross selling NCE services Allows better collaboration towards achieving NCE objectives Frees up Associate/Principal resources to assist firm wide

WS&P Leadership Jason Drew-Practice lead for WS&P Providing the overall strategy for growth, supporting our current efforts, developing new business, mentoring staff 50% will be dedicated to managing projects, clients, performing technical work 30% business development 20% firm wide activities (PM training, Innovation & technology, others)
