4.  The Fan we bought will give better air circulation in the room.  The desks have cabinets and will help organize files paper etc. Also it has moving space for a chair and not very tight  The printer we bought has a scanner and Fax machine built into it.  The many things that we have bought 4 times is because we would like to have fresh workers work for us. That will help them perform better

9.  We have used the money given to use wisely and created a ergonomic room. The equipment foe the room that we bought was very helpful in making a ergonomic room. We hope that all offices are like this so that people would work efficiently.
