Step 2.For each stakeholder, place an “X”in the box that corresponds to the current level of commitment. Step 3.For each stakeholder, place an “O” in the box that indicated the minimum commitment required Step 4.In cases where the “X” and “O” are not in the same box, draw an arrow from the “X” to the “O”.
