5. FROM INFINIT-I: We have recently performed an upgrade to our Infinit-I platform that could create a challenge accessing a video or completing a test. Your Internet browser stores the previous version of our platform and it may need to be cleared out so it will accept the update. Should you have any issues accessing your content, we are requesting that you first clear your history/cache from your Internet browser. Below are the proper steps to clear your history/cache for both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. If you would prefer to speak to us directly to assist you in completing this operation, or if you are having issues with the Infinit-I site please give us a call at 1-877-792-3866, extension 300, and we will be happy to assist. Clearing Cache: Internet Explorer 1.Open Internet Explorer. 2.IE 8: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options. IE 9: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet Options 3.On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete. 4.Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box. 5.Check the Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History boxes. 6.The Form data, Passwords, and inPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you so choose. 7.Click Delete. 8.When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window. 9.Please Re-start your computer and log back in. Clearing Cache: Google Chrome 1.Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. 2.Select Tools. 3.Select History. 4.Select Clear Browsing History. 5.Obliterate the following items from: The Beginning of Time 6.A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed. Select Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cashed images and files. 7.Once, you have selected the types of information you wish to remove, click Clear browsing data. 8.Please Re-start your computer and log back in *If you are watching a video in Full-Screen and you just see the loading circle spinning around on the screen, you will need to exit out of Full-Screen before your quiz will pop up.
