Leaders are the Key Treatment 1.Leaders function as the church family’s “immune system.” Leaders are the immune cells of the whole. 2.Leaders promote responsibility in others. 3.Leaders look for where the virus of anxiety begins and how it is reinforced. 4.Leaders of the group design a picture for the future and advance the vision. Leaders assume a research posture!

Leaders Promote a Unified Mission / Vision What matters most, is not what the vision is but what the vision is doing. “Palace Guards” How you organize says a lot about how you see your mission and vision (i.e. Organization chart).

Leaders Promote Healthy Systems Mandates Expected Outcomes Limits Responsibilities Authorities Accountability Reporting Consistency Avoid Discrimination Healthy Systems Build Trust. Employees look for their leaders to behave with fair and equitable treatment.
