1 n2y Sample Implementation Plan 2016-2017
Please go over the slides. I have used the language from the support center in the notes field so we can try to deliver consistent messages regardless of the messenger. I have noted which slides are most important. I prefer you teach from the website as much as possible to make it more interactive and allow for more hands o time. However, there are times when slides really help deliver the message and prevent the eyes gaze over because they are get too much auditory information without any visuals. This slide deck is huge because there are times we get to a location and the internet is not working. This will provide a back-up or plan b If you share this, please share it as a PDF without the notes. Please let me know if you have any questions or ideas for improvement

This is a sample implementation plan illustrated with a calendar There are several factors that will impact your implementation plan Your school calendar may differ from the one shown, especially your start date and end date so modifications may be necessary for establishing due dates for: Completion of Profiles Administration of Benchmarks, Core Rubrics and Transition Plans Teachers experience with ULS and News-2-You How Long have you been using it? Start slowly with baby steps and work your way forward with full implementation Additional Ideas: Create a shopping day to add to your calendar.  Use the Planning section in News-2-You and the Supply Lists in ULS to generate the list of items you will need in your classroom to support the upcoming topics. Add your own icons using SymbolStix PRIME (if you have a subscription) to show all of your tasks you want to track.
