6. Policy House Bill 212 – An Act Related to Clean and Alternative Transportation Fuels Legislation qualified natural gas refueling stations for the Incentives for Energy Independence Act (IEIA). Tax credits available for 5 projects which can total up to 50% of the project’s capital investment. Three projects for compressed natural gas refueling stations have been approved: 2 projects for Kentuckiana cleanfuel and M & M Cartage, 1 project for Delta Natural Gas. 103 KAR 43:330. Measurement of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Gallons Filed April 14, 2014 – Now: Regulation Amendment Going Through Process Amendment adds Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to the regulation. Purpose – Tax Equalization Establishes official measure of compressed natural gas pounds to gallons for the purpose of taxation.
