6. BHECN will develop six behavioral health regional sites to support local participation in interprofessional behavioral health workforce development 1. Behavioral health education and training sites in each region

11. BHECN will provide leadership and training in behavioral tele-health and other innovative means of care delivery to the entire behavioral health workforce 2. 13. BHECN will fund additional residents (two each year) trained in inter-professional and tele-health service delivery to rural and underserved areas.
