Ohio’s Credit Transfer Transfers in the University System of Ohio Transfer volumes: 42,998 undergraduates transferred in FY2011. Transfer volumes have increased substantially over the last decade. Part of the increase in transfer volume is due to rising enrollment numbers. However, the ratio of transfer to enrollment has also increased in recent years. Currently, of every 100 undergraduates enrolled in the USO in a given year, 7.6 would transfer in the following year. In 2002, the ratio was only 6.4%.
