Popplet Task Card Character Analysis GEAR  Tap the GEAR tab at the top of the screen  Tap “Make a new popple” “T”  Tap the popple and the letter “T”  Type in the name of your favorite character from a book. box icon  Tap the box icon to change the color. white circles.  To add a new popple, tap on the popple and tap one of the white circles.  Add trait to describe the character. Add 3 more  Try saving a picture of your character from the internet. GEAR  Tap on the GEAR again to make a new popple. Tap the mountain icon to insert the pic.  Make a new popple with your name in it.  Use two fingers to center your popple. exportsave JPEG  Click on export and save JPEG gear White circles To change color

7. Skitch Task Card Using Adjectives camera  Open Skitch AND tap camera  Take a photo of FRIEND or take a SELFIE. arrow  Tap the arrow tool. Place six arrows pointing towards the person (a)  Tap the text tool (a)  Add six adjectives that describe the person. blur tool  Use the blur tool to blur a part of the picture pen tool  Using the pen tool, sign your completed picture share save image  Tap on the “share” button, then tap on “save image”

8. iPevo Task Card Poetry/Fluency Practice  Take a pictures of the Valentine poem and fluency rubric from the handout +/mountain  Tap the +/mountain to insert each photo 1 of 3 X  Tap on 1 of 3 and delete the blank slide by tapping the X  Use the arrows to go back to the poem  Practice reading the poem red camera button  Tap the red camera button to record  Go to the next slide (rubric)  This time, record yourself while using the pen to evaluate your fluency.  After tapping record, tap your pen color choice and color the faces as you explain.
