36 1 January 2003 - 31 March 2006: accident insurance premium was differentiated at branch level differentiation range 0,67% 3,60% of contributory basis 1 April 2006 - … accident insurance premium is differentiated at level of branches and companies: differentiation range - 20% + 20% of contributory basis - 50% 1 April 2009 + 50% Premium differentiation in Poland
