3. Fire Engine Gear Fire engines need ladders because they need to get to fires that are high up like in tall buildings. Sirens are used to let people know they are coming and to get out of the way! First aid kit helps people when they are injured in an accident. They help people if the ambulance has not arrived yet. RTC Cutters are used to help people when they are tangled up in cars or need cutting out. It also cuts open doors when people are trapped inside. Hoses are used when fires are blazing. There are two hoses, one for large fires and one for small fires. Pumps suck up water when there is a flood. It then sprays water out of the other side!

4. How to be fire safe in bedrooms 1. Don’t leave water near wires because it could explode like a bomb. 2. Don’t leave gorgeous clothes on things like hairdryers otherwise they will burn a hole through them. 3.Don’t leave a open candle flickering on the windowsill without having a safety holder for it. 4. Remember to not put too many plug in a socket because too much cable might rub together.
