10 Open government commitments Political party financial declarations - Publish party financing data in accessible formats. Launch the Transparent Account System: Provide information on budget revenue, expenditure, procurement, and investment. Access to information law: Approve and promote the law and create the institutions to implement it. Implement and monitor lobbying act: Ensure effective implementation of the law. Mandatory reporting on extractives: Introduce legislation on payments made to governments related to the commercial development of oil, gas, and minerals.
