PRESENTATION ON RESOURCE EFFICIENT BRICKS & FLY-ASH FILLING IN IIT ROPAR PROJECT by Er. Gopal Varshney S.E., CPWD CPWD, IIT ROPAR, PUNJAB
2
IIT Ropar Project is being constructed at Ropar Punjab by the CPWD costing Rs. 1120 crores. The resource efficient bricks are being utilized in the project in the following items of work: FALG bricks (80 Lakh), AAC blocks (2000 cum) Pond-ash : Plinth filling within buildings, road embankment and terracing (1.25 lakh cum).
