Process of Reviewing TCM Documentation 3 Requested documentation from five CCBs Reviewed the documentation Determined points that needed to be reinforced or changed Decided to do TA call to support CCBs in ensuring that they are compliant with TCM guidelines

General Observations 4 TCM units not always indicated Units not necessarily all of the time Travel should be wrapped into the overall activity when going to an IFSP meeting Sometimes note not detailed enough to determine that the activity was allowable or to justify the amount of time indicated

State Updates & Reminders 16 EI CO General Supervision and Data Manager Position currently posted State Plan, including the FMAP, Out For Public Comment through 3/20/16 Interagency Agreements are now due. Please send them to Lenita ASAP EI CO will be sending out a short needs assessment to EI Coordinators and providers to determine priorities around EI certification and supervision training
