Proposed Charter Amendments County Officers (Sec. 703) Abolish Office of Tax Collector Transfer duties to county government Appoint tax collector in same manner as county department heads Elections for County Constitutional Officers Nonpartisan for Supervisor of Elections, Clerk of the Court, Comptroller, Property Appraiser, Tax Collector and Sheriff Term limited to two (2) full terms. Term commencing prior to Jan. 1, 2015 doesn’t count toward term limit 7
