2 ACCESSING THE COURSE SEARCH http://portal.wheelock.edu/ics/ http://portal.wheelock.edu/ics/ You do NOT need to login to use the course search Select COURSE SEARCH

3 COURSE SEARCH Course search instructions Select Course Search to begin your search

4 COURSE SEARCH You need to select the semester you are looking for. You can narrow down your search or leave the defaults and search for all courses in a given semester. Term: Select the semester you want to search for Department: You can select department Course Code: You can enter prefix (ex: EDU) Division: Select Undergraduate or Graduate Campus: Select the appropriate campus for your program You can experiment searching using these various options. We don’t recommend title, time or day, as they are not fully functioning at this time.

5 SEARCH RESULTS Default semester is always set to be the current semester. To change from default (to view past or future information) select a semester for dropdown and click SEARCH. Seats Open mean there are 34 available seats out of a total of 35

6 VIEW COURSE DETAILS The course details have information regarding meeting day/time, notes, course description, prerequisites and co- requisites and classrooms. Click link to view course details

8 COURSE REQUISITES (Example) Before taking this course you must have met all prerequisites courses listed

9 COURSE REGISTRATION  Boston Campus Undergraduate and Graduate students should login to access online registration functions during the appropriate enrollment periods.  National and Regional students should use the student portal during their assigned registration period.  Non-matriculated students should submit the Graduate Non- Matriculated Student Registration form (available on the portal under the Course Search tab) to the Office of Admissions.  Consult the Academic Calendar for enrollment periods.Academic Calendar
