Review Fees, submittal from and stakeout letter How to Develop Land PLAT submitted by your surveyor with fees and stake out letter to DPDR. FCHD receives letter that well and septic areas are staked out by surveyor and FCHD verifies by site inspection (Field Check). Pay percolation fees/ after receiving notice that a project is ready to be perked. Conduct during appropriate time of year

2 For both PLANS & PLATS revise septic area? Yes No Go to drill well Perc Perc letter generated by HD with details of what is needed to complete project. Mailed to surveyor and owners. Revise plat showing new area & a surveyor submit new stake out letter once area is staked.

3 Submit final plat showing existing wells and fixing any details. Approval letter from HD After all county agencies approve, surveyor submits MYLAR and its recorded at the court house. Drill wells FCHD*- Frederick County Health Department
