» Personnel costs have been greatly reduced » Approximately $1.4 million in salaries were cut from the original FY’14 Budget as the result of reissuing 300+ contracts with the proper number of contracted school days and working hours. As well as further reducing administrative positions. » Due to diligent oversight and management overall expenses were reduced by $1.8+ Million from the original FY’14 Budget

» July 2013, the Collaborative focused on serving our nine member districts » As a result, over the past year, the Collaborative had a 30% non - member student enrollment decrease » Over the same period of time, some member districts developed their own in-district programs to reduce SPED costs which resulted in approximately a 6% reduction in enrollment

» Overall revenues remain constant – only down 380K + » Revenues remaining constant is the result of billing practices that now include clear communications with districts via student contracts and an internal tracking system that ensures the all IEPs grids are properly billed.
