One of Three national goals: Target population: low, very low and or moderate income individuals Prevention or elimination of blight Address other urgent community development needs, for example violence prevention

Coronado/Cortez CT 3810 Pullman Services may be offered to residents of other Richmond CT, but the priority for services delivery must be residents of the CT above

Complete application Selection of one objective Selection of one outcome Page 3 These activities are NOT in order of importance These activities are not fully inclusive We don’t give you enough funds to do several of these in a given year We do expect you to report on all units of services of the activity you select

Our office We review for completeness If proposal is not complete, it will be recycled without review If proposal is complete, then staff will review using the criteria listed in page 4 and 5. Staff recommendations will be presented to the CDC- November 20 The CDC will make formal funding recommendations to City Council – December 5
