16 Submit Concept Paper in EERE-Exchange by: November 14, 2014, 5:00 PM ET https://eere-exchange.energy.gov Concept Paper Deadline
17
17 EERE will make an independent assessment of each Concept Paper based on the criteria in Section V.A.1 of the FOA. EERE will encourage a subset of Applicants to submit full applications. Other Applicants will be discouraged from submitting a full application. A “discouraged” notification does not bar an applicant from submitting a full application. Concept Paper
18
18 By discouraging the submission of a Full Application, EERE intends to convey its lack of programmatic interest in the proposed project in an effort to save the Applicant the time and expense of preparing an application that is unlikely to be selected for award negotiations. Concept Paper
19
19 Only Applicants that submit a Concept Paper are eligible to submit a Full Application. Concept Papers are Required
20
20 You should receive an email by December 5, 2014, indicating that the status of your concept paper has been published in Exchange. Feedback on Concept Papers
21
21 The next webinar will provide information on the Full Application process. This webinar will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Next Webinar
