Brand Project – recent activity 11 January 2010 is change over date – for all media and materials Brand Book is now available – states brand position- for further info go to http://www.usyd.edu.au/digital_print_media/bra nding/index.shtml http://www.usyd.edu.au/digital_print_media/bra nding/index.shtml Detailed stage 1 brand guidelines manual will be available next week ie second week of Nov. Brand Policy will be subject to final approval by SEG in early Nov

Stationery Stationery – need to think about ordering now ie types of and no.’s Need to order before 11 Dec to receive volume pricing Redundant stationery will be collected by UPS and recycled Downloadable word templates will be available for stationery eg letters, bus cards, with comps slips etc

Email All staff to get new email addresses first.last@sydney.edu.aufirst.last@sydney.edu.au – ICT will notify staff of new email address New email address needs to be confirmed before ordering stationery Current addresses will still work after cut-over date (11 Jan 2010) – but you must use new in public domain Standardised email signatures will be developed ie what details to be included in email sign-off eg name, title, phone, fax, web etc

Websites New websites designs and templates will be ready in Nov – they can be set up and tested but not deployed until 11 Jan – Faculty web team will coordinate this ICT will do the work for CMS based pages, other pages ie customised pages will need to be done in-house URL’s - new addresses will change from usyd to sydney ie sydney.edu.au

Other materials Will need to reflect new brand Forms will be a significant task - need to be updated prior to 11 Jan eg student admin forms, and other forms created internally Meeting agendas and other meeting docs, proposals, file notes, folders, file labels, badges, reports etc - templates will be available for these

Logo Any other ie non-standard requirement or use of the logo must be approved by Digital and Print Media (DPM) eg use on a third party website, Faculty brochures and flyers designed outside of DPM Requests to be submitted via web
