The event will include presentations and case studies discussing the delivery of successful and sustainable change.

2 Caroline Perkins is the founding member, president and spokesperson of the Change Management Institute. This global, ‘not for profit’ organisation aims to promote and professionalise change management, providing networking, education and accreditation services. Over 5 years, she has led this organisation to; open active chapters in all major Australian states, launch the UK, NZ and China country organisations, forge links with organisations in South Africa and the USA, and develop and rollout the first global professional accreditation program for Change Managers. Caroline also owns and manages Carbon Group, a specialist change consultancy incorporated in 2000. Carbon Group consults to companies both locally and internationally, developing and managing change programs. As an accomplished speaker and published author, Caroline’s book ‘The Agile Change Management Methodology’ outlines her researched based Organisational Change Maturity Model.Change Management Institute. Phil Minns is the Deputy Director General of the Government & People Group at the Department of Premier and Cabinet and is responsible for the Department's corporate governance and whole-of- government support functions including strategic communications and advertising. Encompassing HR, IT and budget support to the Department and Ministerial offices, the group is also responsible for the delivery of some of NSW's largest events, such as Australia Day and New Year's Eve, and the provision of services to the Governor of NSW, and the NSW Government Protocol function. Phil joined DPC from the Department of Defence where he was the inaugural Deputy Secretary, People Strategies and Policy from 2008 - 2012. Phil’s career has blended time in senior corporate roles within the manufacturing sector (ACI Packaging Group) and within government (Brisbane City Council) as well as consulting to private and public sector organisations on organisational strategy, cultural change and organisational development. Virginie Vernin is the CitySwitch Program Manager. CitySwitch is a high-value no-cost service which supports commercial office tenants to improve office energy efficiency through the provision of a range of services, with the ultimate aim of achieving a 4 star or higher NABERS Energy rating. CitySwitch Green Office is a growing partnership between businesses and local governments working together to make a positive impact on climate change. CitySwitch (formerly 3CBDs Greenhouse Initiative) was established by the City of Sydney, North Sydney Council, Parramatta City Council and the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage. Reflecting increasing demand for the tenant sector, the program expanded nationally in 2008 and now delivers services across NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
