2 2. Run Heatmap Advanced Workflow on the gene expression data node from platform HG_U133A (gene TP53) 3. Clear the HDD node by clicking on Clear button below the node selection box THE FIRST HEATMAP WORKS

3 4. Run Heatmap Advanced Workflow on the gene expression data node from platform HG_U133A_2 (gene TP53) 5. To solve the issue, clear the subset and analysis by clicking on Clear button in Comparison tab ERROR WHEN FETCHING DATA FOR SECOND PLATFORM
